These petitions have been filed to modify the condition to deposit the original deeds not less than the value of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (stands in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or friends) and to extend the time to execute sureties in Crl.OP.No.24652 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the above depositing condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit original title deeds not less than the value of Rs.75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Lakhs only) (stands in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or friends) on or before 02.12.2022. Further, the time to execute sureties in Crl.OP.No.24652 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022 is extended till 02.12.2022.
