(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 278 days in filing the above writ appeal.
2. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners.
3. Notice served on both the respondents.
Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader entered appearance for the second respondent and he has no serious objection in allowing the petition. Despite notice having been served and the name and the address of the first respondent has been printed in the cause list, no one is appearing on behalf of her.
4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
