This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.6 imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25436 of 2022 on 19.10.2022 in Crime No.155 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
