This Petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in the order dated 04.08.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.14912/2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1998/2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The time granted by this Court in the order dated 04.08.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.14912/2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1998/2023 is hereby extended till 22.08.2025. Failing which, the order of suspension passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court and the respondent is at liberty to take appropriate steps to secure the petitioner in order to comply with the remaining period of sentence.
