2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry has been conducted and CSR Number has been assigned in CSR No.367 of 2022 and the same was closed on 14.09.2022.
