5 R.KARTHIK [5th RESPONDENT IN WP.29847/19] N.SHANTHI [5th RESPONDENT IN WP.29848/19] SMT.R.M.KASTHURI [5th RESPONDENT IN WP.29849/19] Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i)Grant an order of interim direction, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to grant financial sanction to the post of Office Assistant in the petitioner school since 06/08/2018, which is a sanctioned post, for the purpose of disbursing salary to the 5th respondent, (in WMP.No.29847/2019);

(ii)To grant an order of interim direction, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to grant financial sanction to the post of Watchman in the petitioner school since 06/08/2018, which is a sanctioned post, for the purpose of disbursing salary to the 5th respondent,(in WMP.No.29848/2019);

(iii)To grant an order of interim direction, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to grant financial sanction to the post of Record clerk in the petitioner school since 06/08/2018, which is a sanctioned post, for the purpose of disbursing salary to the 5th respondent, (in WMP.No.29849/2019)pending disposal of the above WP.Nos.29935, 29937 & 29939/2019 respectively. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DAKSHAYANI REDDY, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of M/S.C.

MUNUSAMY, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents in all the petitions the court made the following order:- Since the interim relief sought for in these Miscellaneous Petitions and the main relief sought for in the main Writ Petitions are one and the same, this Court is not inclined to grant interim injunction sought for by the petitioner at the admission stage.
