O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to survey her property bearing Plot No.37 situated in S.Nos.404/1C1 and 404/1C2A and as per patta No.6927 (New Patta No.11299) in Survey No.404/66 with an extent of 2275 sq.ft., at Okkiyam Thoraipakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she acquired right over the above mentioned property under a settlement deed executed by her father dated 21.02.2023. The petitioner submitted online application on 25.04.2023 in Challan No.2023045015823 seeking survey of the above mentioned property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.S.J.Sathik Mohamed, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 25.04.2023 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
