O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider his application dated 27.08.2024 seeking transfer of patta in her favour in respect of the property in survey No.19/4B2B, Sekkarapatti Village, Kadayampatti Taluk, Salem District.

2. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that she and one Sujatha purchased the above mentioned property under registered sale deed dated 24.06.2022 and subsequently, the petitioner submitted an application dated 27.08.2024 seeking transfer of patta and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.Arasakumar, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government 2/4

Advocate, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 27.08.2024 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
