This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 05.07.2017 made by the petitioner to transfer the petitioner from Central Prison Vellore to District Jail, Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
