2. The 1st respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal. Hence, notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.22469 of 2024 is allowed.

4. It is made clear that the petitioners/claimants are not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 550 days.

5. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
