ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to expeditiously dispose of the appeal,

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent aggrieved over the speaking order dated 28.03.2025 passed by the second respondent and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner sent e-mail to the first respondent to consider the appeal and pass appropriate orders within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court. 2/4

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the appeal will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
