Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2015 and 11.08.2016 consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 to allot the house plots with respect to land in R.S.Nos.3850 and 3860, Tondiarpet Village and Taluk as per the list submitted by the fourth respondent before the Registrar of Societies during 2014.

ORDER
When the matter was listed for hearing on 13.04.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 18.04.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today, i.e. 18.04.2023, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
