Learned counsel for the applicant submits that application has been made for substituted service upon respondents 8 to 15, as the address shown in the cause title of the appeal is last known address and in spite of efforts, fresh address could not be traced out.

A request is made for substituted service through paper publication in Trinity Mirror, English daily of Chennai edition and Makkal Kural, Tamil daily of Chennai edition.

In the light of the above, this application is allowed. The applicant shall serve respondents 8 to 15 by substituted service in Trinity Mirror, English daily of Chennai edition and Makkal Kural, Tamil daily of Chennai edition, returnable on 12.02.2024.

Place the matter on 12.02.2024.
