(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.,) This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to process the petitioner's application no. 53218026 dated 08.06.2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that he submitted an application dated 08.06.2022 seeking consent to start small - scale industry, before the 2nd respondent and the same is pending, without any action. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application of the petitioner has been scrutinized and returned on 21.07.2023 itself.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing counsel, that the application of the petitioner has already been returned, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Page No:2/4
