Crl.M.P. No.15019 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.8299 of 2023 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police once in a month until the final report is filed passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 6139 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8299 of 2023, dated 08.04.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
