ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the rent cases filed by the petitioner against the 2nd respondent, within a stipulated time, in respect of case in E.P.No.9 of 2019 in P.T.No.111 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent herein. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if a direction is given to the 1st respondent to dispose the execution petition in E.P.No.9 of 2019 in P.T.No.111 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent filed by the petitioner against the 2nd respondent, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

3. Since the said execution petition is pending from the year 2019 and in the light of limited prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.9 of 2019 in P.T.No.111 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent, after giving an opportunity of hearing of both the petitioner as wells the 2nd respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits 2/4

and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. with the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 17.10.2023 ksa-2 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No To The Revenue Court-cum-Special Deputy Collector Tiruarur.
