Crl.M.P.No.17477 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17477 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.22838 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22838 of 2022 by order dated 23.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22838 of 2022 by an order dated 23.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
