ORDER

(through video conferencing) This petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to arrest the 2nd respondent immediately and complete the investigation in Crime No.500 of 2012 and file charge sheet in a time bound manner.

Today when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that charge sheet has been filed and the 2nd respondent was arrested and thereafter, he has been complied with the condition imposed by the trial court in C.C.No.12 of 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chennai. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner has now become infructous.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
