This application is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to condone the delay of 76 days in filing reply statement to written statement cum counter claim filed by the defendants 5 to 7 and 9 to 11 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 7 & 9 to 11 /defendants 5 to 7 and 9 to 11 has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of no objection given by the other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
