These petitions are filed (i) to accept the cause title in the present CRP., filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 23.06.2022 passed by the V Additional Judge City Civil Court, Chennai in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.2523 of 2019 and (i) to recognise the Power of Attorney dated 09.12.2021 executed in favour of the petitioner to proceed with the present CRP.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the C.R.P., if it is otherwise in order.
