ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to select the petitioners in handicapped quota and appoint them in the posts of Salesman in the Fair Price Shops run by the Co-operative Societies in Thiruvannamalai District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the selections are over and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the said selection. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioners to challenge the said selection.
