ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 03.01.2020 made in W.P.No.26806 of 2017.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and a compliance report, by the respondent i.e., the District Collector concerned, has been filed along with a copy of the order dated 03.01.2023, under which, the request of the petitioner, having been considered, was rejected through a detailed order. Therefore, according to the learned Additional Government Pleader, the orders of this Court has been complied with.

3. Even though Mr.A.V.Arun, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the plea of the petitioner has been rejected through the order dated 03.01.2023, that can be agitated by the petitioner in the manner known to law.

4. Therefore, by recording the aforesaid compliance, this Court feels that the contempt petition can be closed, accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
