The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13837 of 1/5

2019 dated 25.08.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the documents placed on record.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13837 of 2019 dated 25.08.2021 has been complied with, wherein notices for surveying the subject lands was sent to the petitioner herein and to one Hariharan, Director, Lalith Promoters vide letters Rc.No.426/2023/Survey dated 24.03.2023 and RC.No.426/2023/Survey dated 29.03.2023 to appear at the lands in Perungalathur village on 27.03.2023 and 01.04.2023 respectively. Thereafter, the Head Surveyor, Tambarm Taluk along with the Firka Surveyor has measured the lands in Survey Nos.144/1A and 144/1B as per village accounts before the petitioner as well as the said Hariharan, Director, Lalith Promoters Private Ltd., Chennai on 01.04.2023 and endorsement has been made.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication and the order passed in W.P.No.13837 of 2019 dated 25.08.2021 has been duly complied with. Hence the present Contempt Petition is closed. 24.04.2023 2/5
