Side) that the Petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also taking into consideration the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the Petitioner to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS, Chennai 104, on the first working day of English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three
