Crl.MP.No.16110 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.51221 of 2019 Crl.MP.No.16110 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.51221 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 294 days for filing the Crl.R.C.SR.No.51221 of 2019 against the dismissal of the Protest Petition No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate cum Land Grabbing Court, Tiruppur, in Cr.No.39 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner due to his old age, was unable to follow the proceedings before the Court and thereby, there had been delay in filing the revision.

Heard both sides.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
