This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police at about 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21229 of 2023 dated 14.09.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed to appear once in a week before the trial Court.
