ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.24831 of 2021 dated 22.07.2022, thereby directed the respondent to disburse the victim compensation as awarded by the second respondent therein in victim compensation petition No.2 of 2019 dated 29.03.2019 within a period of four weeks.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 22.07.2022 has been complied with by order dated 09.02.2023 of the respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the order of this Court has already been complied with.
