The petition has been filed to relax the condition that they should report before the respondent police station everyday at 10.00 a.m. until further order in Crl.O.P.No. 20608 of 2024 order dated 28.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
