This application has been filed to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased 1st defendant as 10th to 12th defendants in C.S.No.418 of 2012.

2. The affidavit filed in support of the application is perused and this Court has satisfied with the reasons assigned by the applicant in filing the application to bring the Legal Representatives on record.

3. Mr.R.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection for the application being allowed.

4. Hence, this application is ordered. Amendment to be carried out and amended copy of the plaint shall be filed on or before 15.07.2024.

5. Post the suit on 15.07.2024.

6. On amendment being carried out, the Registry is directed to issue summons to the newly impleaded 10th to 12th defendants.

7. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the 2nd and 8th defendant are also no more. Steps to be taken to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased 2nd and 8th defendants in the mean time. 24.06.2024 arb 2/3
