This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17547 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
