This application has been filed to strike off the name of the second respondent, who is one of the respondents in the Foreign Award dated 17.04.2020, filed in support of the present application.

2. The applicant has enclosed a copy of the Final Gazette Notification dated 19.09.2023 indicating the name of the second respondent struck off from the rules of Company on 12.09.2023 and that the said company has been dissolved with effect from 19.09.2023.

3. The extract from the website of www.gov.uk also confirms the position that the second respondent has been dissolved and its name has been struck off on the registered companies. Recording the same, the application stands allowed.
