This petition is filed to permit the applicant to implead the proposed respondents 2 to 7 as the respondents 2 to 7 in the Contempt Petition.

It is represented that the proposed respondents 2 to 7 are trying to flout the order of this Court, dated 08.12.2022, passed in W.P.No.19501 of 2020.

Since we feel that the proposed respondents are proper and necessary parties for effective adjudication of the matter, this Application is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the Cause Title in the Contempt Petition.
