This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 147 days in re-presenting the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 08.09.2025.
