This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 101 days in filing the Criminal Appeal Case as against the Spl.S.C.No.69 of 2023 dated 27.01.2025 on the file of the Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 101 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
