ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed against the fair order and decretal order in IA.No.86 of 2016 in OS.No.90 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Dharmapuri dated 23.08.2016, thereby permitted the respondents to withdraw the suit and to file fresh suit.

Now, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that after allowing the petition, the respondents also filed another suit and the same was also dismissed. Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition for further adjudication. 3.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
