ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble R.Subramanian J.) The petitioner seeks an order of interim injunction restraining respondents 1 to 3 and 5 from alienating or creating any third-party interest in the suit properties. The suit for partition lodged by the petitioner has been dismissed in respect of items 2, 4, 6, and 7. Any alienation pending appeal will be subject to the result of the suit.
