ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.245 of 2017, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been filed before the competent Court.

Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks a liberty to challenge the charge sheet.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet in the manner known to law.
