Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw O.S.No.71 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Ariyalur and transfer the same to Principal District Judge, Perambalur.

The grounds for transfer is that the 3rd respondent is an influential person and hence the petitioner would not get Justice before the Principal District Judge, Ariyalur. He further pleads that the local bar members are being influenced by the 3rd respondent. Therefore, he want the proceedings to be transferred from the file of the Principal District Court, Ariyalur to the file of the Principal District Court, Perambalur. Such vague pleas cannot be entertained. A perusal of the affidavit shows no cause has been made out for transfer of the proceedings. I am not inclined to order transfer. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
