CMP.No.22215 of 2017 in S.A.No.531 of 2010 P.T.ASHA, J The appellant has taken out a petition for directing Substituted Service through paper publication to the second respondent, who despite being in the address to which the notice has been sent is deliberately evading service. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would also confirm that the second respondent is residing in the very same address to which the notice has been sent and therefore, the application for Susbstituted Service is ordered. The appellant is directed to take Substituted Service through paper publication in any one issue of "Makkal Kural" having circulation in Walajapet for the next hearing date on 16.08.2021. The paper publication shall be effected within 10 days before the date of hearing.
