This is a petition to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order made in M.P.No.44 of 2019 in R.C.O.P.No.

921 of 2018, by order dated 16.09.2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the said order was passed on 16.09.2019. The certified copy of the order is yet to be made ready, though it was applied. Hence, the docket order taken from the website of the Court has been filed herein. Hence, he seeks indulgence for dispense with.

3.In view of the above reasons, this petition is ordered for dispense with, of course, on condition that, the certified copy of the order in question, shall be obtained and produced before this Court at a later point of time.

4.The Registry is directed to number the CRP if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
