ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned State Government Pleader submits that as far as private encroachments are concerned, notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 has been issued, after carrying out the measurement.

2. As regards the encroachment of temple and the church, the temple authorities and the church authorities have themselves come forward to remove the encroachment and the encroachment would be removed within two months.

3. The statement is accepted. In view of the said statement, the contempt petition is closed.
