Application No.5091 of 2024 K.KUMARESH BABU, J The present application has been filed by the applicants herein to seek extension of mandate for a further period of nine months from 30.09.2024.

2. Ms.Mithreyi Kasthurirangan, learned counsel appearing on behalf the respondent submitted that they have no serious objection to extend the mandate.

3. Learned counsel on either side seek mandate to be extended by nine months.

4. Even though, the period of mandate that will be extended is circumscribed to six months, acceding to the request made by the learned counsel on either side, the mandate is extended for a period of nine months from today.

5. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of nine (9) months from today and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator, for passing Award.

6. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
