Aggrieved by the impugned notice issued by the first respondent calling for an enquiry in an application filed by the private respondents seeking cancellation of the patta stands in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property situated in S.No.1/6A2A2, with an extent of 192 sq.mts., at Reddipatti Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, the petitioner has come before this Court.
2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent completed the enquiry initiated by him and passed orders on 14.10.2024 relegating the parties to approach the Civil Court. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent is recorded.
