It is the case of paying Rs.62,00,000/- to the accused for securing an MBBS seat. The petitioner as well as the accused are Special Sub Inspector of Police in Tamil Nadu. The content of the complaint, which is the subject matter of Cr.No.2154 of 2020 is under investigation, to find about the source of money alleged to have been given to the complainant by the petitioner and thereafter, the velocity of the complaint. If the payment of money found to be prima facie is proved and the source of the payment is properly explained, being a public servant, the complainant should also be brought under scanner of investigation.

2. After considering this fact, final report shall be filed preferably within a period of four months.

3. With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
