This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 20.11.2023 in W.P. No. 25271 of 2017.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the order of the Court is complied with by issuing appointment order to the petitioner vide order dated 17.05.2025 and the petitioner joined in service also.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.

4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, further adjudication is not required in the present contempt case. 2/4
