2. C.M.P.No.12109 of 2017 has been filed to set aside the order of abatement passed against the deceased 1st appellant in the above Second Appeal.

3.C.M.P.No.12110 of 2017 has been filed to bring the petitioners 2 to 7 herein, legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant, on record, as appellants 2 to 7 in the above Second Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
