Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents 1 to 4 for their wilful and flagrant violation of the order dated 31.01.2018 in W.P.No.16695 of 2017 passed by this Court.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 31.01.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.16695 of 2017, thereby directed the respondents to proceed to acquire the lands of the petitioner and to complete the entire proceedings within a period of four weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents completed the entire acquisition proceedings and the compensation also paid to the petitioners by the proceeding dated 08.09.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 08.09.2025, before this Court.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
