ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.32578 of 2023 dated 17.11.2023 has been complied with, since the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. However, if the petitioner is of the view that there are some arrears to be paid, it is always open to him to make a claim to the respondent through a fresh representation, which shall be considered by the respondent, as expeditiously as possible.
