Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the premises has been vacated only on 25.10.2023 though the second respondent ought to have vacated the premises on or before 30.09.2023 and there was some delay and in fact, they sought time to extend the period before this Court, but however, the same has not been accepted and hence, they vacated the premises only on 25.10.2023 and immediately, the premises has been sealed by the first respondent - Greater Chennai Corporation.

2.The learned counsel for the first respondent also submitted that the premises has been sealed and no Restaurant is running as on date. 3.The statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents is recorded.

4.As the premises has been vacated by the second respondent, let the first respondent - Greater Chennai Corporation de-seal the premises and hand over the same to the petitioner.

5.This Contempt Petition is closed accordingly. 10.11.2023 TK
