The petitioner, who was arrested on 11.07.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs and 1/3

Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in connection with Crime No.162 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 2.The petitioner was arrested on 11.07.2025 for the alleged possession of 1.250 kgs. of Ganja. The seizure was effected based on the prior intimation received by the respondent police. This petitioner along with other accused Subramani was found in possession of the Ganja and the investigation is still pending.
